Mr. Chasan has been litigating cases his entire professional career - including numerous complex patent infringement litigation matters since joining Caesar Rivise in 2001. A former Associate Solicitor in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Chasan is also a former trial attorney in the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in Philadelphia. He has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, particularly in matters involving jury trials. Mr. Chasan is a registered patent attorney and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association. Mr. Chasan is a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court and the Courts of Appeals for the Federal, District of Columbia, First, Third, Fourth and Ninth Circuits.
