 Mr. Linguiti practices Intellectual Property law with an emphasis on patent prosecution and validity/infringement opinions in the fields of complex computer, telecommunications, electronics and business systems, as well as trademarks, licensing and litigation support. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. A former research and development engineer for microprocessor hardware and software projects at Motorola, Mr. Linguiti has also taught college level microprocessor architecture, mathematics and electronics. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering, he received his law degree from DePaul University in Chicago. Mr. Linguiti is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association. He is also a member of the Patent Office Practice Committee and the Intellectual Property Licensing Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
