Mr. Greene is experienced in handling matters in all aspects of Intellectual Property law, including client counseling, licensing, litigation, and U.S. and foreign patent, trademark and copyright prosecution. He has particular experience handling matters involving technologies in the following fields: mechanical, electro-mechanical, green technologies, medical, gaming and software technologies, including: computer hardware and software, printed circuit board technologies, electronics, manufacturing processes, e-commerce, business methods, mechanical hardware, medical appliances and procedures, turbines and turbines. Mr. Greene is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and often represents clients before the U.S. Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences and the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Greene worked in research and development as an engineer for GE Aerospace and E-Systems, Inc. (now part of Raytheon Corp.).
