Mr. Pokotilow is the Managing Partner of Caesar, Rivise, Bernstein, Cohen and Pokotilow Ltd. He is recognized as one of the leading Intellectual Property lawyers in the country. For more than 30 years, his practice has consisted of all aspects of Intellectual Property law, particularly litigation, involving the enforcement of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Pokotilow devotes a substantial portion of his practice to consultation in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and computer matters, and in the registration of trademarks. He has been lead Intellectual Property counsel in numerous landmark cases involving patents, trademarks and copyrights, including Donsco Inc. v. Casper Corp; Apple Computer v. Franklin Computer; and Wawa, Inc. v. HaHa. Mr. Pokotilow is also one of the founders of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and has been a member of the panel of mediators since its inception. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association's Large Complex Case Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators, and is a past President and Vice President of the Historical Society of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania . Mr. Pokotilow has represented generic manufacturers in a number of patent infringement cases involving ANDAs which include Paragraph IV certifications to patents for brand-name drugs listed in the Orange Book. He is a member of the firm's ANDA Litigation Team.

Roche Palo Alto v. Apotex, Inc. (N.D. Cal. 2005), represented generic manufacturer concerning an ophthalmic NSAID solution for reducing pain and inflammation of the eyes Acular LS ® (ketorolac tromethamine)
Biovail Laboratories, Inc. v. TorPharm, Inc. (E.D. Pa. 2004) represented generic manufacturer regarding blood pressure medication Tiazac® (diltiazem hydrochloride)
Sanofi-Aventis, Sanofi-Synthelabo, Inc., and Bristol-Myers Squibb Sanofi Pharmaceuticals Holding Partnership v. Apotex, Inc. (S.D.N.Y. 2003) represented generic in ANDA litigation on anti-platelet medication Plavix® (clopidogrel bisulphate)
