 Ms. Volin is an accomplished Intellectual Property lawyer whose practice includes trademark and patent prosecution in a wide variety of disciplines, most specifically: chemical (e.g., polymer synthesis, modification and processing), biotechnological (e.g., tissue engineering, biodelivery, stem cell applications), pharmaceutical (e.g., drug screening, drug delivery and new applications for known drugs), nutraceutical (e.g., functional foods and supplements), medical devices, and oil and gas related industries (e.g., gas refinery, hydrogen purification). Ms. Volin advises clients regarding all stages of technology transfer including preparing patentability and infringement opinions. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked at the Academy of Science Institute of Chemical Physics in Moscow and at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia as a Research Associate.
