For over 30 years, Mr. Faigus has been assisting both national and international companies with protecting their Intellectual Property. His practice focuses all aspects of Intellectual Property Law, with special emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of United States and International patent and trademark applications primarily in the areas of materials science and mechanical arts. A substantial amount of his practice is also dedicated to transactional matters and litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and computer and Internet law. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Faigus is a past member of The Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association. Prior to joining the firm in 1983, Mr. Faigus was an Examiner in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (1963-1967) and thereafter, Senior Patent Counsel for Scott Paper Company.
