Mr. Youngblood is a member of Caesar Rivise's ANDA Litigation Team. He has broad experience representing generic drug companies in multi-million dollar patent infringement cases involving Paragraph IV certifications to the Orange Book listed patents for brand-name drugs. During his career, he has been involved in all phases of ANDA patent litigation, from the pleadings to discovery, trial and appeal. He has drafted numerous legal briefs, argued motions, and prepared and deposed witnesses. He also has experience with preparing and examining expert witnesses at trial on issues relating to patent invalidity and unenforceability, including secondary considerations of non-obviousness. Mr. Youngblood is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
