 Mr. Youngblood's practice focuses on the litigation of Intellectual Property matters, the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, as well as the drafting of patentability, infringement and validity opinions, and other aspects of intellectual property law. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Youngblood has handled patent, copyright and trademark matters and his clients range from leading pharmaceutical companies to small businesses and individual inventors. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Caesar Rivise, Mr. Youngblood served on active duty for five years in the U.S. Navy, including service as a Lieutenant in the Engineering Department of the U.S.S. Constellation. He is currently a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve serving as a Judge Advocate.

1. In re '318 Patent Litigation (D.Del. 2005). Represented one of seven generic drug manufacturer defendants in a patent infringement suit filed under 35 U.S.C. § 271(c)(2) regarding ANDA filing for an Alzheimer's pharmaceutical drug sold under the name Razadyne®/Reminyl®.
2. Sanofi-Aventis, Sanofi-Synthelabo Inc., and Bristol-Myers Squibb Sanofi Pharmaceuticals Holding Partnership v. Apotex Inc. and Apotex Corp. (S.D.N.Y. 2003). Represented generic drug manufacturer defendants in a patent infringement suit filed under 35 U.S.C. § 271(c)(2) regarding ANDA filing for an anti-platelet pharmaceutical drug sold under the name Plavix®.
3. AstraZeneca AB v. Apotex Inc. and Apotex Corp., et al. (S.D.N.Y. 2002). Represented generic drug manufacturer defendant in a patent infringement suit filed under 35 U.S.C. § 271(c)(2) regarding ANDA filing for a gastric acid proton pump inhibitor pharmaceutical drug sold under the name Prilosec®.
4. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, et al. v. U.S. Mineral Products Co., et al., 809 A.2d 1000 (Pa. Cmwlth. 2002). Represented chemical manufacturer defendant in a toxic tort suit filed by agencies of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania related to costs allegedly incurred as a result of the presence of PCB's in building materials.
5. Teledyne Technologies Inc. v. Freedom Forge Corp., et al., 2002 WL 748898 (Pa. Com. Pl. 2002) Represented two steel company defendants in a product liability suit related to the material failure of airplane engine crankshafts.
