Mr. Castillo's practice includes all aspects of Intellectual Property law with an emphasis on pharmaceutical litigation and patent contests arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act and the prosecution of patents related to the chemical arts. Fluent in French and Spanish, Mr. Castillo dedicates a portion of his practice to foreign client matters. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations, the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association and the French-American Chamber of Commerce.
